Accessible Seating
Patrons who have accessible seating needs for a Ticketmaster event may purchase tickets online at Ticketmaster.com, by phone through the Ticketmaster ADA sales number at 1-800-877-7575 or visit the box office in person during box office hours listed above. Fans that require accessible seating must request this at the time of purchase. Accessible seating is not guaranteed on the day of the event unless purchased in advance. Patrons who have accessible seating needs for an AXS event may purchase tickets online at AXS.com.
Accessible Seating Terms
Wheelchair Accessible: seating location in which there are no stairs that allows for wheelchair or scooter usage.
Semi-Ambulatory: seating for those with limited mobility that may require walking a few incline/decline stairs.
Companion Seat: seating for individuals that are attending an event with someone who requires wheelchair or semi-ambulatory seats.
Sign Language Interpreter Requests
If you require a sign language interpreter, please contact Hilarie Carpenter at hcarpenter@asmgrandrapids.com to request the interpreter and discuss seating options that will allow for the best view of the interpreter. For best availability of seating locations that can accommodate interpreter placement, please reach out before the event goes on sale to the public.
Booster SeatsBooster seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Please ask your usher or the nearest staff member if you would like to request a booster seat. Patrons will need to leave a photo ID to check out booster seats. Patrons may check out one booster seat per child, based on availability.
Ticket Policies
Re-Entry Policy:
Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into DeVos Performance Hall, exiting and then re-entering is not permitted.
Children’s Ticket Policy:
Please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Mobile Tickets:
Getting into an event is easier than ever with Mobile Tickets!
Mobile ticketing is preferred.
Please have your tickets pulled up on your mobile device before approaching the
ticket scanners. If your tickets are saved to your mobile wallet, please be
prepared to tap your mobile device on the ticket scanner. If your tickets
display a barcode, please be ready to scan the barcode at the ticket scanner.
After passing through the ticket point keep your tickets visible on your phone
so an usher may assist you with finding your seat.
*Ticketmaster Mobile Tickets: Download the Ticketmaster app and sign in or create a Ticketmaster account. Click the "My Events" tab at the bottom of the screen and select the event you are attending. Present the QR code on your device to be scanned and you are in. (No need to print the QR code)
- Pro Tip: Add your tickets to your "wallet" on your mobile device for an even easier access!

*AXS Mobile Tickets: Download the AXS app on your phone and create an account to purchase and access your mobile tickets.

Ticketmaster Transferring Tickets:
Sometimes, you and your friends arrive to the show at different times. Instead of waiting around at the gates, transfer their tickets to them. It is safe and easy. *Both parties must have a Ticketmaster account in order for the transfer to be completed.*
- Sign into your Ticketmaster account
- Click the "Transfer Tickets" button and select the tickets you want to transfer
- Enter the recipient's name and email address (be sure it is the email associated with their Ticketmaster account!)
- Click "Send"
You will receive two emails: one to confirm your tickets have been sent, and another once the tickets have been accepted by the recipient. The recipient will need to sign in to their account and accept the tickets for the transfer to be complete.

AXS Transferring Tickets:

- Sign in to your account on AXS.com.
- Click on “Your Tickets” and select the event.
- Click “Transfer”.
- Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
- Select your contact or enter the recipients first name, last name, and email address.
- Click 'Continue'
- Review the information and click 'Transfer'
*From the AXS App
- Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
- Select the event you would like to transfer tickets from
- Tap "Transfer"
- Enter the recipients first name, last name, and email address
- Tap 'Continue'
- Review the information and tap 'Transfer'
The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download and install the AXS App.
Lost/Destroyed/Damaged Tickets:
If proof of purchase can be obtained, then the ticket can be reissued on the night of the event only with proper ID for Ticketmaster events ONLY.
Refund Policy:
No refunds or exchanges will be made unless otherwise determined by the event promoter. Refund questions may be directed to the point of purchase.
