Addams Family Tickets to Benefit Community

Broadway Grand Rapids and THE ADDAMS FAMILY are partnering to give back to the community as a thank you to our veterans and their families, and to benefit other families in need with an "Addams
Family Values" promotion.

Ticket prices to the Friday, May 25, 8:00 p.m. performance and Saturday, May 26, 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
performances of THE ADDAMS FAMILY have been reduced. Main floor seats which were $69.50 are now $50, and Mezzanine seats which were $59.50 are now $40.  Beginning April 30th, for every ticket purchased to the above performances, $10 will be donated to the following two local causes:

  • The Grand Rapids Home for Veterans −Half of the donation will go toward restoring grave markers at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans' cemetery. This is the final resting place for more than 5,000 veterans, including 2,413 Civil War veterans. The cemetery is also used as a site for special ceremonies to honor military personnel.,4569,7-126-2362_2749-8444--,00.html
  • Sophia's House - The other half of the donation will go toward a variety of amenities for children of families at Sophia's House. Sophia's House, opening June 4th, will provide a home-away-from-home for families of patients who have travelled to Saint Mary's Health Care for treatment. This home-like environment will be a place to relax and recharge while caring for loved ones at the adjacent hospital.

THE ADDAMS FAMILY, the weird and wonderful family created by The New Yorker cartoonist Charles Addams, comes to life in this Broadway musical and arrives in Grand Rapids May 22-26 at DeVos Performance Hall.
